Return & Exchange Policy
MustelaUSA.com is unable to issue exchanges over mail.
A Return Authorization is required to make a return for a refund or store credit. Customers have within 30 days of purchase to request a Return Authorization. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org for further instructions along with the reason for return.
Damages and Product Issues

Receiving a Refund
A refund will be issued once we have received your returned items. Your refund will be credited to the credit card used for the original transaction. Please note that refunds will take up to 10 business days of the reception of the return to process.
We cannot accept returns from retail stores.
